Upon registering for the Match, participants must complete the designated form to notify the Pan American organizers of the details regarding the firearms and ammunition they are bringing.

Based on this notification, an entry permit for the country will be prepared and sent to the email address provided during registration.

Upon arrival in El Salvador, local authorities will have your firearm details and serial numbers on file, ensuring a smooth and efficient clearance process both when entering and departing the country.

All athletes leave the airport with the firearms declared in the permit, subject to the following conditions:

1. All firearms must be transported unloaded and in their respective cases.
2. They must be kept at the hotel when not in competition.
